I am French and I wanted to create something that represents the romantic side of French people.
I chose to use colour pencils to get that very soft, smooth, romantic feeling.
The petals look like flames to symbolize the flame of love, and I used different shades of pink to express the soft, sweet and romantic side of love.
Original size is a 8 1/4 X 5 7/8 in (21 X 14.8cm).
